The Solution
Risk Free’s software solution used Microsoft’s SQL database technology with a Windows based back office system, and a real time online web system. This gave MTG a cutting edge solution, plus immediate competitor advantage. Risk Free ensured when building the system future changes within MTG could be easily incorporated into their software to comply with MTG’s growth strategy.
Our solution lay in developing a system that allowed total user control and automation of processes with minimum human input and which was flexible for back office and online integration. We used Microsoft’s SQL database technology with a Windows based back office system, and a real time online web system. This gave MTG a cutting edge solution, plus immediate competitor advantage. We also ensured when building the system that future changes within MTG could be easily incorporated into their software in accordance with their growth strategy.
The Future
In November 2007, The Mortgages times became the largest mortgage network in the UK, an achievement they put down to using Risk Free's software.

In 2001‚ The Mortgage Times Group (MTG) was a relatively small packager-using manual and semi automated systems to run their business. At this time, Risk Free had developed specific software for The Mortgage Operation (TMO) and Mortgages Plc. TMO at the time were the largest mortgage packagers in the UK. The Mortgage Times had been using a windows 16 bit system which had enabled them to run the day to day business but did not allow for future development, document storage‚ speed or online integration. They required a system, which would provide the flexibility for future growth‚ whilst enabling them to develop multi user access and online integration.
