Project Overview

Tiuta is a bridging lender operating across the residential, buy to let and commercial mortgage markets. They had been operating on a case management system built in-house. Over time, increasing demand for their products meant the system had become time consuming and ineffective, leading to rising cost management and resource need. As a result, they needed a more manageable and automated processing system.

 

The Solution

Tuita tendered to several leading companies and chose Risk Free to help them develop a bespoke software solution. Their initial requirements were for a system which provided:

After an initial assessment of Tiuta’s needs and business requirements, Risk Free designed a system to fit their requirements. This automated many of their labour intensive processes and managed the workflows more efficiently. The specification, once agreed was developed into a working system solution, which was installed on their sites. The system was then thoroughly tested over several months before going live.

 

The future

Tiuta has grown from strength to strength and is now one of the largest bridging loan companies in the UK. The system, which they now have in place, has proved a valuable investment. As the market now searches for cost and efficiency savings, Tiuta is already ahead of the competition.
